Information you share
EMREALTY, based in Lagos, Nigeria, collects the name, email, phone number and property requirements you submit so our team can respond to your enquiry. Please do not include identification documents, bank details or other sensitive information in the form.
How we use and store it
Your enquiry is stored securely on our hosting server and may be sent by email to our team. Authorised staff use it to respond and manage follow-up. We do not sell your contact information or add you to marketing lists through this form. Enquiries are removed 12 months after their last update. Private rolling backup copies expire within eight days of removal.
Website operation
We use an essential session cookie to protect forms and manage sign-in. We count page views in aggregate without storing identifying information in those counts. Security rate limits use temporary hashed network identifiers. The hosting provider may maintain access and security logs. No advertising or third-party analytics scripts are installed.
External services
WhatsApp and social media links open external services governed by their own privacy policies. Enquiry notifications are sent to our business Gmail address, so Google also processes that email under its terms. External providers may process information outside Nigeria.
Your choices
Contact [email protected] to request access, correction or deletion of your personal information, or to withdraw your consent to further follow-up. Applicable rights may include objection, restriction and portability. You may raise a privacy concern with the Nigeria Data Protection Commission.
